This recipe is found all over the internet, but it is very simple so I looked to the simply recipes website for accuracy. Roasting a whole head of garlic is great to mix into recipes to avoid raw garlic chunks and to evenly spread garlic throughout a dish. This head came in handy when making lasagne.
Simply cut off the tips, drizzle in oil, wrap in garlic and bake for about 45 minutes or until soft. The cloves pop right out and the head can be stored in the refrigerator.
